It pays—in my opinion—to be an original. Why do I mention this? I’m very impressed with the GSEs moving to mandate e-appraisals through the Veros platform using MISMO standards. I think it will really benefit the industry. It will push us into this century vs. mortgage always being a century behind. Yes I said a century behind.
