New for commercial appraisers: Commercial bidding orders
More than 800 lenders and AMCs already use Mercury Network to power their residential appraisal operations, and commercial bidding orders are coming very soon. To be eligible to receive bid requests, you must:

What to expect from bidding opportunities
When you receive a request for a bid, you will get a notification email like this one. You can use the button in the message to log in to Mercury Network and respond to the opportunity.
When you submit a bid, you can enter your fee and your turn time, or you can opt not to bid on the assignment. You will see the transaction fee calculated based on your bid, and you can even add the transaction fee to your bid if you wish. The transaction fee will NOT be charged if you aren't awarded the assignment.
After your client has awarded the assignment to you, you will automatically receive a notification email like this one and you can proceed with the assignment and use any of Mercury's tools to manage the order. If your client awards the assignment to another vendor, you will get a similar email so you're always in the loop on the status of your bid.
