Soon, you'll have new ways to control order capacity for vendors, prioritize vendors, and restrict assignment to those with past due orders. In addition, you can indicate which vendors are on your staff.
Today's update lets you use loan type and CU score as AQM automation triggers.

Starting today, you can assign any order to an AMC, appraisal firm or appraiser in Mercury Network.
There's an upcoming maintenance schedule, and a new update which lets you assign to an AMC or appraiser.
You'll soon be able to order FNC's GAAR® alongside the other appraisal quality modules you already use in Mercury. Here's what you need to know:
GAAR uses a rules-based engine to automate the first-level comprehensive review of each appraisal. You can read more about GAAR on FNC's website. Since you stay in Mercury when ordering GAAR, your workflow is simpler. Of course, just like the other AQM modules, you can automatically order GAAR according to your preferences which notches up your speed and efficiency.
We continue to work with the industry partners you request, striving to make Mercury Network the leader in flexibility and efficiency for your business.
As always, we're interested to know what you think! Many of our new features and updates start with your feedback, so keep it coming to info@MercuryVMP.com.
