Mercury Network launches integration with FHA’s EAD Portal
March 23, 2016
Oklahoma City — Mercury Network, the appraisal vendor management platform used by more than 700 lenders and AMCs, has completed integration with the Federal Housing Administration’s (FHA) Electronic Appraisal Delivery (EAD) portal. The integration gives Mercury Network clients a direct connection for submitting appraisal reports to the FHA, plus a robust revision request system for faster vendor communications.
With Mercury’s integration, lenders and AMCs can automatically upload appraisals to the EAD portal and receive easy-to-read results. Revision cycles are accelerated since flagged issues can be converted into revision requests for appraisal vendors in just a few clicks.
“All vendor platforms need an integration to the FHA portal, but we’re committed to making the process easier for our clients”, said Jennifer Miller, president of Mercury Network. “We invested and rigorously tested to ensure Mercury’s FHA submission process is fast and easy, and then added features like the vendor revision system so clients will have an efficient overall experience.”
Mercury Network hosts an FHA EAD Information Center with resources for FHA onboarding and more at www.MercuryVMP.com/FHA.
