Roads in the OKC metro are slick and hazardous at this time. It’s our recommendations that you make accommodations to work from home tomorrow. Please communicate your intentions to your manager. If you choose to go into the office based on improving conditions, please be careful. If you have distractions that would prevent you from contributing a full work day, please request PTO to account for your time. We believe road conditions will be improved by mid-afternoon tomorrow.

Roads in OKC are in good shape this morning. The guidance from last night stands.
As of Tuesday, February 20, 2018 8:45 PM
At this time, road conditions in the metro area seem manageable. Flights are going into and out of OKC. And traffic speeds are normal on all the major highways. As of 9pm, Tuesday evening, the OKC office will be open for business as usual on Wednesday. We understand that some area schools have closed. If you are impacted by school cancellations, you have one of two options: get approval from your manager to work from home as long as you can put in a full work day, or take PTO. Please contact your manager directly if you have any questions or concerns.
Road conditions will be reevaluated by 7am tomorrow morning, and we will post an updated message. Please check the website for an update. We will also closely monitor weather conditions during the day tomorrow and have plans to implement measures should we see a potential for deteriorating conditions.
