Tip 1: Custom Dashboard Views:

Get the most information at-a-glance with custom views for each of your Dashboard's Statuses. The Dashboard Configuration provides each staff user with their preference-based view of the Dashboard.  For example, order managers may want to see the Inspection Date displayed in the All Open orders tab. Or, a reviewer may want to view (and sort by) the CU Score in the Ready for Review tab.

Minimize errors and effort by utilizing personalized alerts capable of being employed by both your employees and vendor Notifications are excellent for rapidly providing information to clients, labeling requests with internal details, or enabling your vendors to achieve more rapid communication.

Create a distinct deadline for appraisers without the need for manual intervention to guarantee timely delivery of appraisals to clients. Using the Appraiser Scheduling feature, it is simple to schedule the appraiser's deadline to be X days before the Client's deadline.

Assign the most suitable internal reviewer to a document by implementing the Reviewer Rule Profile assignment method that requires minimal intervention. Reviewers on the staff have the ability to be assigned appraisals for review automatically, considering variables such as Client, Status, Jobtype, and others of the sort.
