General Availability:

  • ICE Mortgage Technology announced the sunset of their long-standing software development kit (SDK) and requires all partners to transition to the more efficient and accurate Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) ecosystem, which leverages the latest application programming interface (API). Clients that have not made this change as of October 31, 2025, risk disruption of service.

  • ICE Mortgage Technology’s timeline is October 31, 2025. CoreLogic, now Cotality, wants to ensure you do not experience a disruption in service, which is why we request all clients to migrate on or before September 2025.

  • The new Mercury Network enhanced integration is expected to launch in May 2025.

  • No, your current agreement will remain in effect.

  • CoreLogic will contact existing Encompass customers directly to provide instructions and additional details necessary to make the transition.

  • If your organization has not already done so, click this link to complete a short questionnaire. 

    The Mercury team will be communicating in waves, and completing the questionnaire will ensure your organization is included in the wave most appropriate for your business and we are delivering updates to those who need them.

  • While CoreLogic will be sending materials to existing clients in waves, most clients can migrate once the service is generally available in EPC. Others may wish to delay migration until additional features are supported. Either way, there will be ample time to migrate prior to the October 2025 sunset of the Mercury Network legacy integration.

  • Yes, these services can be ordered via the desktop interface of the Encompass platform. However, the Service Landing Page details are currently only available on the web version.

  • No, please continue to use your current logon.

  • No, we are investing in all of our valuation solutions platforms, and this upgrade sets the foundation to support new appraisal modernization solutions. For example, you will be able to ingest the Uniform Appraisal Data (UAD) form redesign changes as well as other enhancements such as the consolidation of common appraisal review solutions, and the addition of alternative appraisals. We are thrilled to share more information about our investment and our roadmap throughout the coming months!

Features and Functions:

  • The Mercury Network enhanced integration with EPC will be available with both the desktop and web interface of the Encompass platform.

  • The integration will support key features such as order placement, view order status, and order updates, as well as document and field mapping. Some features will not be available at launch but will be available at a later time.

  • The features below will not be available directly at launch of the Mercury Network enhanced integration with EPC, however they are on the roadmap to be included at a later date.

    • Credit Card Inputs – targeted for late Q2

      • Note – sending a Make a Payment link WILL be available at launch

    • Enhanced Field Mapping – targeted for Q3

    • Service Order Updates – targeted for Q3/Q4

    • Workflow Automation Support – targeted for Q3/Q4

    • Mercury Secure access from Encompass – targeted for Q4

Setup and Administration:

  • NO. Existing Mercury user profiles can be used with the new Mercury Network EPC integration.

  • NO. The new Mercury Network Integration with EPC will offer two options for setting up your service.

    • Allow all Encompass orders to be mapped to a single Mercury VMP client user profile.

    • Map orders from an Encompass user to a corresponding Mercury VMP client user profile.  This option requires an additional step to update a new field on the Mercury VMP client user profile (via Mercury Secure) with the email address from the corresponding Encompass user profile.
