Add your W-9 info to help avoid payment delays

As you probably know, many of your clients require your W-9 information in order to process payments to you, so if they don't have that information, payments might be delayed. To help with this, we made a way for you to add your W-9 info to your profile where we store it securely, then your fee panel clients can access it just like they do your other documents.

To add your W-9 info:

  1. Log into Mercury Network.
  2. Click Users at the top.
  3. Go to the Professional tab.
  4. Scroll down and click Add new W-9.
  5. Most of the form will be populated for you, so fill in the remaining information, then click Save.

That's it - you're done!
