We've added new tutorials which guide you step by step when using several of Mercury's most important tools. Plus, we've improved the way you manage license and insurance documents. Read on for the highlights.

If you have questions or a problem comes up, our Client Relations team is always happy to hear from you via chat or phone call. But, for the DIY types, we've added new tutorials for some of the questions we commonly hear. Just click Chat & Tutorials at the top-right to ask us a question or walk through a quick tutorial.
Link license and insurance documents to their expirations
In the Attachments section of your Professional tab in Users, you can now see at a glance which credentials are already linked to a document to help determine if that document is about to expire. It’s now also easier to edit or add new license and insurance credentials directly within the profile section, plus you can choose to use an existing unlinked document or upload a new one. This improvement helps you keep your profile up to date so your clients can find the info they might require.
