Appraisal Scope Release Notes

March 6, 2024

This update contains new functionality for staff users, issue resolutions, and enhancements to various integrations.

INTEGRATION ENHANCEMENTS
CoreLogic Mercury Network Integration
The Enforce Modification Request workflow preferred by some Mercury Network clients requires an AMC to request all client fees, due dates, and product changes to be sent as events instead of messages. We resolved an issue with the workflow that occurred when the client canceled an order before approving/rejecting an active modification request. When the canceled event (status 300020) is sent from the client, orders that are in a pending modification request will be unlocked for the AMC to cancel on Appraisal Scope.

CoreLogic CMS Integration
The DU Case File ID and LPA Key Number are two of the mapped values transmitted to Appraisal Scope from the CMS integration. In some cases, the client may change the original DU Case File ID and/or LPA Key Number provided with a new CMS order. If the client changes either value, Appraisal Scope will automatically retrieve the new value and record the change in the Notification Log.

AMC to AMC Integration
Appraisal Scope platforms can assign and manage orders from one platform to another. The AMC-to-AMC configuration passes status updates, documents, and more via the integration. We fixed an issue that prevented .ENV file types from passing through the integration to the client.

USER EXPERIENCE
We improved the user experience for staff users by changing the default payment selection when forwarding payment requests to borrowers. Staff users choosing the credit card option when selecting Forward the payment request to borrower will automatically use the Authorize & Capture radio button in place of the Authorize only option.

Within the global settings, the Updates options allow AMCs to choose how they want to communicate certain order statuses to clients and appraisers. These settings can be configured to automatically send order status messages, suppress messages, or manage communications from the Dashboard. We improved the UI for staff users by enhancing the global settings Updates view by segmenting client actions versus vendor actions.

We fixed an issue that prevented documents from processing when completing an order that only had additional documents selected from the checklist.

The Reports tab within Appraisal Scope allows staff users to create customized reports, view system-generated statistics, and set report alerts for Staff and Clients. To better improve the user experience when filtering report data, we refactored operators within the operation dropdown for specific data fields.
