Appraisal Scope Solutions Update
October 11, 2023

This update contains improvements for Staff and Appraiser users, issue resolutions, and enhanced integrations with CoreLogic Mercury Network and Connexions. Additionally, there were performance improvements made throughout the platform.

INTEGRATION ENHANCEMENTS
Connexions Integration
We resolved an issue related to the InHouse/Connexions integration that occurred when the client ordered additional form types with a major form. When fee change requests were sent from Appraisal Scope, the payload included the major form and the appropriate fee. Sometimes, the minor form(s) string would get truncated when received by the Connexions integration. The XML payload was updated to prevent this error.

Mercury Network Integration
The Mercury Network integration was recently enhanced to support the modification workflow required by some Mercury Network clients. We resolved an issue that could duplicate the rush fee amount and increase the client fee when editing non-fee order details. This occasional issue occurred for clients that did not have the Enforce Modification Workflow setting enabled.

USER EXPERIENCE
We improved the load time and overall experience when searching for active or disabled appraiser user profiles. The Users -> Appraiser tab was optimized to return faster results when viewing user profiles or subtabs within a profile.

Appraisal Scope's integration with ACHWorks makes paying vendors quick and easy. We continue to make improvements that benefit staff users who pay appraisers via ACH. We resolved an error that occurred for a subset of users when submitting batch payments of one hundred or more.

Automated reminder emails sent to appraisers can include a convenient auto-login URL. We updated the auto-login tags used in these emails and resolved an issue that prevented an appraiser from accessing the order automatically.

PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS
One of our goals is to improve the reliability and performance of the platform constantly. We continued optimizing the code that powers Appraisal Scope to support that goal.
