Appraisal Scope Solutions Update
March 8, 2023

This update contains new functionality for Staff Users, issue resolutions, and enhances integrations with ACHWorks and CoreLogic CMS. Additionally, new enhancements were deployed to improve the experience of your clients and vendors.

INTEGRATION ENHANCEMENTS
CoreLogic CMS Integration
The Complexity Score, included in the CMS Property Snapshot PDF when used by a CMS client, is useful in determining the complexity of a property as it relates to the appraisal process. We added a data point to the CMS Order Details section of an order that provides Appraisal Scope users with an at-a-glance view of the Complexity Score. This can be useful when assigning orders to appraisers, especially when the score denotes a complex property.

ACHWorks
Appraisal Scope's integration with ACHWorks makes paying vendors quick and easy. We continue to make improvements that benefit staff users who pay appraisers via ACH.

The appraiser transaction history within the Order Details → Appraiser Payment History was updated to include additional columns and field values. The new columns include Transaction timeCheck #, ACH tracking #, and Memo. The icon within the Memo field located in the Accounting → Appraiser Paid tab was also updated to include this information. The values within the additional columns and icons will give our customers more insight into the payment type, if it was paid in a batch, and more.

The appraiser transaction history within the Accounting → Appraiser Paid tab was enhanced for both the Check # and Memo fields. Values displayed in the Check # column will no longer require the user to click an icon for details, and the field will remain empty if the last transaction was paid via ACH. If the last transaction was paid by check, the check number will be displayed to the user. Finally, the Memo fields will display a “Multi” value for orders paid via an ACH batch or display the File # for a single ACH payment. Users will continue to see a memo value if one was entered via a check payment.

USER EXPERIENCE
Client login prompts related to users signing into the platform were rewritten to better inform the client of the cause that resulted in a failed login attempt. The updated prompts will give more insight to the user and immediately inform them if their profile is disabled, if the credentials were entered incorrectly, and how to contact you for help.

We fixed a rare issue that caused the Assignment view to display an expired appraisal license icon next to a profile with a valid license. The ASC license expiration icon will no longer appear in the Assignment screen if the license is active.

We corrected an issue that caused Staff Users requesting a password reset to be met with a prompt that their profile is pending approval. Staff Users requesting a password reset from the sign-in page will be given the correct prompt and will be sent an email with instructions to reset their password.

PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS
We continued our initiative to modernize Appraisal Scope’s codebase as we replatform areas of Appraisal Scope. This ongoing project supports our goal of providing our customers with an even more reliable and responsive experience. This update includes database enhancements and improves the service that drives the Scorecard reminders.
