Appraisal Scope Solutions Update
September 14, 2023

This update contains many improvements to the Appraisal Scope platform and its integrations. We continued enhancing the Mercury Network integration while resolving issues with the workflow. Additionally, new enhancements were deployed to improve the experience of your vendors and staff.

INTEGRATION ENHANCEMENTS

Mercury Network Integration
We continue improving the Mercury Network integration, including enhancements to the Mercury Network Modification Workflow. If you missed the previous release notes and documentation covering the new Mercury Network Modification Workflow, you can view them by clicking here.

To ensure that the Mercury Network Modification Workflow cannot be interrupted during a locked state, we removed access to some right-click options within the Dashboard. Additionally, marking orders as Paid via the Accounting tab will not be available while an order is pending a modification request. These changes will prevent the potential for errors while the Mercury Network client is reviewing modification requests.

Additional tooltips were placed within the multi-edit Order Details view page to convey better the fields that are locked during a Mercury Network Modification Request session.

The in-line edit functionality allows users to communicate fee and date changes without using the multi-edit view. Changes to fees and due dates for Mercury Network orders not using the Modification Workflow setting can now be changed using the in-line edit options.

After choosing any in-line edit buttons next to the respective due date and fee fields, a “Send to Client” checkbox will display. Edits made to these fields that should be communicated to the Mercury Network client must have the checkbox checked before saving the change. This only applies to Mercury Network orders with the Modification Workflow setting disabled.

The option to add an additional form to a Mercury Network order is available for orders not using the Enforce Modification Workflow. Add-ons can be configured using the “Click to Add Additional Form” button beneath the Jobtype/Appraisal Form field.

Changes to the Client Due Date should only appear in the Notification Log when the change was made. We corrected an issue that caused the client due date change to appear redundantly in the Notification Log history when non-due date changes were updated.

USER EXPERIENCE

We resolved an issue that prevented some staff users from being able to remove Doc Uploaded statuses from the Updates tab. The green check-marked “Action” icon functionality has been restored.

Staff Users can be assigned to an order as a Reviewer if their profile is configured to perform reviewer roles. Reviewers can be added to an order manually or via a Reviewer Rule Profile. We corrected an issue that caused the red X icon to be hidden from users. The red X icon will remove the assigned Reviewer from a given order.

Messages and order notifications can be sent to appraisers via SMS when an appraiser has enabled their SMS notification setting. We improved the message formatting by removing segments that utilize HTML code.

We added a new Arizona ZIP Code (85144) to various ZIP Code-driven application settings, including the appraiser profile coverage views.
