- Two new products added: You'll now be able to place orders for two new products, the “Exterior Only Multi-Family Appraisal” and the “Mobile Home Appraisal”.
- You’re ready for the coming UCDP changes: After the update, Mercury Network’s direct connection to UCDP will be ready to handle the recently announced changes from Fannie Mae. Several Fannie Mae messages in UCDP are being upgraded from warnings to overridable hard stops. In addition, Mercury Network will seamlessly handle situations when the GSEs return different results.
