New platform status page now available

As we work to maintain transparent communication with all of our customers, CoreLogic has launched a new page which shows the current status of all the CoreLogic Collateral Technology platforms.

By visiting http://platformstatus.corelogic.com, you can confirm the operational status of each platform without the need for a phone call to Client Relations. We will post reminders about routine maintenance in addition to operational incidents if a platform experiences less than 100% capacity at any time.

This page replaces Mercury Network’s previous status page (which was found at status.mercuryvmp.com) and offers greater detail and more flexible options so you can subscribe only to the status notifications relevant to you. If you previously subscribed to Mercury Network’s status page, your subscription will be discontinued and you’ll need to subscribe to the new page.

Visit http://platformstatus.corelogic.com/.

At the top of the CoreLogic Status page, click the Subscribe to Updates button.

In the Subscribe to Updates dialog, enter your email address then click Subscribe. After you do, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This message will come from noereply@adminlabs.com. If you don’t see the message within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder and be sure to add that email address to your safe senders list.

Here, all items will be checked by default, so you can remove checks for any platforms—in addition to their individual components—for which you don’t want status notifications. After your intended items are checked, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

You can change these settings any time by clicking the Manage Subscription button on any status-update email you receive.

What to expect

Now that you’ve subscribed, you’ll receive email notifications whenever the status changes for your selected platforms and components. This includes scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, and incidents where you may experience unusual behavior affecting your workflow, but the component or platform is working.
