This update adds a new QC service, plus a better way to resubmit reports to the portals. You can also require a sales contract on a per-product basis, and other improvements. Keep reading for the highlights, and here are the release notes with full details.
New QC options with AppraisalNsight integration
With this update, you can order an affordable appraisal QC report with accuracy, quality and reliability scores, public records data, and comps and demographics analysis. Click here to learn more about MasterServ’s AppraisalNsight.
Better handling of UCDP & FHA duplicate submissions
If a report is submitted to one of the portals with a previously-used loan number but without the correct Doc File ID, the message that comes back from the portal will now contain a linked Doc File ID. When you click the link, the correct Doc File ID will be added so you can resubmit the report and eliminate the Duplicate submission error.
VMP XSites: Require a sales contract per-product
Now, you can specify which products will require your client to upload a sales contract. Just click the gear icon when you're configuring your order form and select the products which will require a sales contract. For instance, you can require a sales contract on FNMA 1004 orders, then not require one for a follow-up 1004D.
VMP XSites: Use the XSite tracking number as the invoice number
To help you track orders along with their invoices, you now have the option to use the Mercury Network tracking number as the invoice number.

- FHA Manufactured Reverse Mortgage (FNMA 1004C)
- Condo FHA Reverse Mortgage (1073)
