Better invoice tracking

In order to speed up accounting tasks related to your appraisal workflow, we're making it easier to track the invoice number and amount for each order. With this update, appraisers who are delivering an appraisal within Mercury Network will now be prompted to enter the invoice amount (which will be prepopulated from the order) as well as their invoice number.

This information will be displayed in the Order Details within the Assignment Information section, and you can choose to display these columns in Order Management using the My columns feature. We have also added an option in the Action Required folder to identify when the vendor's fee for the order doesn't match the amount they entered for the invoice. This way, you can quickly find the invoice for each order and be notified about discrepancies, making your team more efficient as you work to accommodate higher transaction volumes while providing a superior borrower experience by reducing turn times.
