Easily sync the SSR from the EAD to your client
For your VMP XSite clients who need the Submission Summary Report (SSR) that is returned from FHA's EAD portal, this new feature makes it easy to sync that document to the client's order. The SSR from the EAD portal will be synced to the client along with other order documents when you're accepting the completed order, so it works just like an SSR from the UCDP does.
Upcoming VMP XSite client security improvements
We made final changes in preparation for security updates that will take effect on July 21. If you have not already taken action to make sure your VMP XSite clients are using strong passwords, we recommend you do so immediately to avoid workflow disruptions on that date. Click here to learn more.
