Mercury's direct integration with the FHA EAD portal is coming soon, so we wanted to share some information to help you get prepared.
Timelines: The FHA EAD portal submissions are required after June 27, 2016, and our direct integration is scheduled for release well ahead of the portal so you'll have time to test your submissions. We expect to release it by March 1st, and you can click here for a sneak peek of what's coming.
Preparing now: Please register with FHA for an onboarding phase. Here's a complete walkthrough to get you started. We recommend getting registered for an onboarding phase and selecting an FHAC Application Coordinator inside your company so you're best prepared for the transition to their new portal. If you register early, you still won't be required to use the portal until June 27.
