We'll be back soon

Thanks to the support of customers like you, we are relocating our servers to accommodate our growth.  We will be offline beginning at 11:30pm Central on Friday, April 10th, and plan to be back online by 1pm, Saturday, April 11th.

We know you count on us, so we intentionally scheduled the relocation during the slowest hours on Mercury Network to minimize any impact to you, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I'll be here all night Friday night, and I'll keep you in the loop with status updates here.

We're excited for the future, and we sincerely appreciate your business.

.....Live status updates begin now.....

11:29pm: Well, the team's all here and we're ready to begin.  Development and IT have worked on this project for over 18 months, and it's been a long, incredibly intense sprint to get where we are now.  Mercury Network's servers power the appraisal operations for tens of thousands of lenders, appraisers, and appraisal management companies.  We know how important reliability is to our customers and to the nation's economy, so we take this very seriously.  We're very confident, though.  The brightest minds in the industry have diligently planned every last detail of our server relocation and tonight's the night everything comes together.  More later as we pass milestones during the night...

P.S.  If you have any questions, hit me up on twitter @MercuryNetwork.

6:55am:  It has been a long night, and the morning shift of testing is in full swing.  Our full Quality Assurance staff, Product Management team, Development, IT, and more are all here making sure all services are back online as quickly as possible.

7:19am:  Our first round of Quality Assurance Matrix testing is complete, and our second round is beginning now.  Our best estimate right now is that we'll be back online by 1pm, but I'll continue to update you here as the time gets closer.

7:52am:  QA testing progressing nicely.

11:24pm: We're in the final stretch and only running a few minutes behind.  We expect to be back online between noon and 1pm today.  If anything changes, I'll update you here.  But it looks good...

12:28pm:  T minus a few minutes...

12:34pm:

And we're LIVE!!!

I thought I'd share some photos from the night...

This was the first team meeting we had, with just the first shift crew, right before show time around 11:30pm last night.

We've had a live connection to the team in our other Oklahoma City office, and we're tracking our QA testing with a projector so everyone is always in the loop.

Testing all our services at mission control...

A certain 2am delivery was a sight for TIRED eyes...

Our first casualty of the night... The good news is he's already back up, testing like crazy.

Even Baby Girl Avery was here testing all night...

Daybreak... The pressure's on.
