With our latest update, commercial appraisers can now bid on commercial appraisal assignments. Plus, we've added an easy way to get help when you need it. The highlights are below, and here are the full release notes.
You can learn more about commercial bidding here, but these are the basics:
When a client issues you a bid opportunity for a commercial appraisal order, you’ll receive an e-mail notification.
When you log into Mercury, just click the Bidding Orders status folder to see the new bid order.
When you open the order, you'll be able to click Submit Bid to enter your bid amount, turn time, comments, and upload documents. Of course, you can also decline the bid.
We've worked hard to make the bidding tools work seamlessly, but if you have questions, you now have a fast new way to ask them: We've added the Chat now button so you can contact us quickly. Don't hesitate to use it!
