With our latest release, VMP XSite users have the option to give customers permission to access and manage all orders that were placed through the client portal. Also, for orders requiring appraisal delivery in the ENV format, the report can be uploaded directly with our enhanced Complete assignment dialog. New client "admin" permissions
We’ve heard your request to allow selected users access to all orders placed through your VMP XSite. Our new client "admin" permission allows you to do just that! Plus, unless you say otherwise, this permission lets them place new orders in any client group — or none at all! This gives you new ways to manage and stay on track with your client orders.
New Action required items
There are two new options you can use to filter Action required items. The first allows you to filter reports with AQI scores greater than a certain number. This builds on our existing option for scores less than a certain number. Of course you get to set the number yourself. In addition, we've extended the range for events in the Action required folder from 7 to 30 days. This gives you more flexibility for determining which orders will be brought to your immediate attention.
New options when completing orders
With our enhanced Complete assignment dialog it’s even easier for your appraisers to deliver their completed reports in the format(s) you need. We now seamlessly support the delivery of reports in MISMO XML, PDF or ENV format all through our updated interface. When the order is being completed, the appraiser will be prompted for the required format making it easy for them to meet your needs.
Improved Attach documents dialog
We've also made the Attach documents dialog consistent whether you're attaching documents while ordering a new appraisal or uploading them to an existing order. Now the process requires fewer clicks, and the progress indicator and upload confirmation look the same across the board. This is just one way we're keeping our eyes on the details to make your experience smoother and faster.
