FHA's Electronic Appraisal Delivery portal deadline (June 27) will be here before you know it, so if you haven't already, it's time to get signed up for one of their "onboarding phases" to start using the portal. The final onboarding phase starts on April 15th, and we recommend you register now.
The registration process is no big deal. Your FHA Connection Application Coordinator just needs to complete these steps:
1. Log into FHA Connection.
2. Click Lender Functions.
3. Select the second menu item Electronic Appraisal Delivery Sign Up.
On the next screen, you'll see the onboarding phases listed with their start and end dates. Follow the instructions to choose the one you want.
When you're prompted to select a Lender Type be sure to choose Both.
