Latest release: New product and features to improve your workflow and support compliance

Happy New Year! In 2020’s first release, we’ve added a new product and features that will help make your workflow more efficient and simplify fee-panel management. There are also several small (but important) changes in this update, and you can see full details in the release notes. Read on for the highlights.

New product for commercial appraisal

To streamline your commercial appraisal workflow, we've added a new product called Commercial Appraisal Update/Re-Inspection of Repairs. This product is particularly well suited for commercial construction deals where the construction has been completed or for those where a remodel is finished, so the final appraisal inspection can be completed.

To start using this new product, you’ll need to enable it in Product Requirements click here for a quick walkthrough.

Also pertaining to commercial appraisals: The maximum bid amount for commercial orders has been raised to $500k. This is based on feedback you shared with us that some complex commercial assignments require a larger fee than the previous maximum of $30k.

New feature alerts you to fee-panel changes

To help increase awareness about changes to your fee panel, we've added a new Fee Panel Review Suggested notification. This email will be sent to the admin (and their additional email addresses) when any of the following happens with a vendor who is on your fee panel:

  • The vendor modifies critical information on their profile

  • The vendor gets deactivated

  • The vendor is deleted from the system

The notification will be sent to notify you of these changes for vendors on your Appraiser/Agent, AMC/Firm and Ineligible Vendors lists. The message will contain basic information about what has changed so you can quickly make adjustments to ensure seamless coverage and take necessary action to maintain (and prove) compliance.

We wish you the very best throughout 2020! There are many exciting initiatives underway for Mercury Network this year, and we look forward to sharing those developments with you. In the meantime, please keep your feedback coming to mercuryinfo@corelogic.com or via your Account Manager. Every bit of input you share is valuable info we use to make sure the platform helps you stay competitive and profitable.
