Latest release: Delete any Client Group with fewer than 1000 orders

With this update, you now have the ability to delete any Client Group that has fewer than 1000 associated orders. Plus, as of today, your VMP XSite clients must use a strong password to place and manage orders. You can read on for the highlights and see the release notes here.

Delete Client Groups with fewer than 1000 associated orders

For greater control and flexibility, you can now delete any Client Group that has fewer than 1000 associated orders. Previously, deleting such a client group required a call to Client Relations, so this will save you time by eliminating support calls. Client groups with more than 1000 associated orders still require a call, but that only affects 6% of all client groups… meaning the vast majority of client groups will benefit from this new option.

When you delete a client group like this, you’ll be prompted to choose what happens to the associated orders. You have two options: Disassociate all orders from this client group, or Transfer all orders… to another client group.

VMP XSite client security upgrades

As we announced late last year, your VMP XSite clients are now required to use a strong password to place and manage their orders. This applies whether they log in to your VMP XSite client portal or they use their LOS or other integrated system. You can read more here about this change, which took effect this morning (July 22, 2020).
